Sick Visits & Diagnostics

Appointments for the vomiting, limping, or off-their-food days, with lab work to find the cause.

When a pet is suddenly off, the exam comes first and the tests follow from what it shows. We check hydration, temperature, gums, belly, and gait, then decide whether bloodwork, a urine sample, a fecal test, or an X-ray will actually answer the question. Running every test on the list is easy; running the right ones is what shortens the road to a diagnosis.

Call about vomiting or diarrhea lasting more than a day, refusing food, a new limp, straining in the litter box, laboured breathing, or any change that feels wrong to you even if you cannot name it. You know your animal better than we do. We explain what we find, what it likely means, and the options in front of you before anything is started.
